The businesses of Long Stratton have come together with the support of the Town Council to organise this years Christmas Event.  It will be on Friday 1st December from 4pm until 8pm.

We are pleased to introduce our newest member of the team, Molly Hallett.  Molly will be working alongside Becky and Jess full time in the office as a Town Council apprentice.  We wish her well in her new role!

Kings Coronation Celebrations

We are looking for stall holders to join us at our next community event which is being held on Monday 8th May from 1pm until 7pm on the Manor Road playing fields to celebrate the Kings Coronation!

Do you have a craft you would like to sell?  Or a local business or club who would like a stall to either sell products or perhaps run a game or just to raise awareness for what you do, all welcome!

Norfolk Constabulary are holding two engagement surgery sessions soon where they will be available to chat to about local policing issues or concerns.

Vandalism in the community

Several incidents of vandalism and graffiti have occurred at both Manor Road playing fields and the Swan Lane public toilets recently.

Temporary Traffic Order

NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the U76180 Parkers Lane from its junction with A140 Ipswich Road for 1150m south-eastwards in the TOWN OF LONG STRATTON because of trial hole work.

​

The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 1st to 2nd September 2022 for the duration of the works expected to be about 2 days within the period.
